Create an office position in schools that oversee's security to protect children, teachers, etc. Funded by community tax

Should a position be created and implemented into our school systems? This offical position would ubiquitously engage, and be updated through a interdependent, community integrated database? Could an existing entity be utilized in strenghthening, concieving, etc. the updating of the community, etc. in which all of us coincide. It would be set up by the people, updated by the people, etc? Could this be funded by some kind of tax? A non-profit organization which would oversee and fund the position, etc? By following templates of success we can strengthen the bonds of the community, which manifests into the type of change needed. The security of our children rests in the communities in which our children reside. The community can be strengthened by working together and not giving up!
