Create an officlal Whitehouse post of "Anger Translator"

The realities of mass media make it difficult for any President to express their true passionate beliefs on many subjects. To reduce this problem, there should be an official Anger Translator position in the White House, following the brilliant example provided by Keegan-Michael Key. The Anger Translator would be responsible for supporting the President at press conferences when their positions were not clearly understood by reporters, and to back up the President at their request for other speaking venues.
