Create a Universal one payer health care system that would provide health care for all people that work or reside in the United States of America. The Program would provide the basic standard of care for all citizens. People that want other services that are not covered would pay for them or purchase additional insurance coverage. The program would incorporate, state/federal employees, private employees, Medicaid and Medicare, workmen's compensation, Military and uninsured. The program is estimated to be able save the country an estimated 15-30% of the current adminstrative costs of our current heath care systems..
