Create one separate race category for Indian Subcontinental and Middle Eastern people in the census and applications.

The racial categories for the U.S. census and other formal U.S. applications are too broad. Specifically, the White and Asian categories are too broad. Thus, there should be a separate category for people of the Indian Subcontinent, Central Asia, and the Middle East. The people of these regions need a distinct racial category. Racially and ethnically the majority of the people from these regions are closely related. Most of the languages, religions, and traditions are very closely related. The people of these regions are mostly Indo-European, Semitic, Turkic, or Dravidian. These group of people also share similar physical and facial features. Thus this new category for the three regions would be called West Asian. While the peoples east of these regions can be termed East Asian.
