Create a one-time award known as the "Golden Glove", to be awarded to Tim Howard, in lieu of any recognition by FIFA.

In protest of FIFA's unfortunate failure to recognize America's goalkeeper's record-breaking, inspired performance at the 2014 World Cup, and as an expression of the gratitude of a thankful nation, we the people ask that President Obama create a one-time award known as the "Golden Glove" to be awarded to Tim Howard. If possible, the award should be much nicer than that given out by FIFA, or come with a cash prize.
