Create a one time provision for Americans who want to purchase a HUD home without the option to refinance.

Created by C.C. on October 28, 2011

Recent changes to stimulate lending only helps those "qualified" buyers. Anyone who has experienced foreclosure has credit score restrictions prohibiting the purchase of the best HUD home bargain. 12 million homeowners have lost homes in the past five years. We can integrate people back into the economy, create jobs and give them a place to live at a lower monthly rate than than rent. This action will draw criticism from those who say do not reward bad fiscal behavior. The double standard between this assistance and that which the big banks received when they were unable to pay their bills should stop. This is no bail-out; it will cost no tax dollars. It will permit banks to loan for a HUD home based on income and equity. Remove the credit score one time for secured lending. No refinance.
