Create an ongoing congressional oversight committee to directly interpret laws and control the BATF's enforcement.

This is a petition for a federal law to mandate and create an ongoing congressional oversight committee to provide direct interpretation of all laws and policies for the BATF pertaining to firearms and ammunition either directly or indirectly, and to directly control the BATF’s enforcement of all such laws. Congressional interpretation of these laws shall be the ONLY interpretation considered and used for enforcement purposes by the BATF, unless overruled by the Supreme Court of the United States of America. The intent of this petition is to protect 2nd Amendment rights of United States of America citizens, in all states uniformly by creating a uniform, national 2nd Amendment rights policy to govern all United States of America governments, both Federal and local.
