A petition for the Department of Education to form an online source for Advanced Placement Courses, which offer college accreditation for students who perform adequately on exams. This will allow for a greater number of students in under-served areas to have access to the education necessary for an advanced economy. Furthermore, as a publicly accessed option, it will allow citizens who seek to return to education at an advanced level a less costly track before resuming undergraduate education. A further positive benefit is the ability for under-served areas to provide a modern curriculum with the least possible costs to the community. This will create a level playing field where students and citizens alike have a chance to limit costs and increase human capital.
