A chance for citizens to vote on new changes, new laws, new bills, or new acts before something takes effect. Why do a few politicians get to make changes that affect American citizens lives without consulting us first. They are always deciding what's best for the public based off their own opinions. Create a voting site/App that allows "citizens" to register with their SSN's so Congress can consultant with the public before finalizing any changes.
