Mr. President/Administration;
With technology where it is now; I believe "We the People" should have the right to vote on legislation that congress can not seem move past a filibuster. I believe if a majority of Americans would like to see certain legislation passed or not - we should have a right to vote on it for ourselves and have the President take it from there.
If we could do our taxes online, we should be able to vote, even if it requires more security like providing a SSN or other proof to be submitted first.
It's not fair for Politicians who's incentives to vote could be skewed by checks from lobbyists or the swing of an upcoming election to jeopardize the future and progression of our country, if they can't get it done, let us do it for them.
