Individuals wishing to be on the ballot shall announce their canidacy by deadline. During a primary, voters write the name of their canidate of choice and the name of their party, or just the name of the canidate or the party. In the general election, the top six registered canidates who recieved popular vote will be listed. The winner wins by popular vote, as the electorial college is an old and outdated process.
