We, the Persons of the United States of America, demand The Obama Administration create a committee to collect and openly publish all information pertaining to the Unexplained / UFO phenomena for the following reasons:
1. To have open access research to all technology beyond our current understanding
2. To understand a possible national defense situation
3. To increase the general knowledge of the unknown, which would in turn become the known
4. To help propel our people towards a Type III civilization
5. To help facilitate any possible wide spread contact
6. To follow the steps foreign countries have taken in regards to semi-open source information on the subject
7. To succeed beyond foreign countries in terms of information and study of the subject
