Broadband providers are required by law to report their per customer capacity in Megabits per second each month.
So we have a scoreboard on a website. It lists the scores of each broadband provider every month.
We agree that consolidation in the industry is allowed until some broadband provider reaches a score of 136. When a score of 136 is reached, we regulate the wired broadband industry. The wireless industry is a free for all.
