Create Oportunities For Talented People With NO school!

What I would like to see, I guess is more opportunities for people that for one reason or another had no choice but to quit school, in order to survive. And now after whatever the issue is they have the need to go back to school or be allowed to use their skills to work. I am a 22 year old male living in Taftville, CT and my skill that I have little by little developed and have grown along with is Architecture. People around me tell me I am very good at what I do, but somehow I cannot put it to good use, and to earn my families daily bread. I can send some of my work in for show but No body gives me the time of day to atleast show what I can do just because I don't have the famous 'Diploma' to show. Is the Diploma to determine ones future or is our talents and what we are good at to doTHAT
