We live in a day when civil infrastructure and production have not grown at a fast enough pace to keep up with numbers of people within our society that need opportunity, especially people that are in urban areas.
I propose a large scale government project that will give people the opportunity of a second chance. This second chance would help people get away from the cities and work in high demand technical areas in the United States such as production, infrastructure, and development.
Offering people with little opportunity the ability to learn and gain a free federally funded trade-skill would be a great chance for higher education, an increase in technically skilled Americans, and the move of people from highly populated urban areas to areas of new growth for a more balanced society.
