Create a opportunity to vote to limit Congressional terms and benefits

Create an opportunity for Americans to vote to limit terms and benefits for Congress in the next election. Terms should be limited to 2 (line up with the Presidency) and for those in Congress today with less than 25 years and/or under 55 NO retirements or medical benefits after leaving office should be provided. We should have just one election every 4 years. No mid term elections.
