create an opt out system that permanently stops delivery of junk mail to reduce waste and save the environment.

I believe it's due time that we're able to stop unwanted 'junk mail' with a simple web page to opt out that permanently stops all junk mail ie. coupons, credit card offers, catalogs, etc. (**Not just 5yrs and confusing as current system set up by the FTC and other parties)

This would help save the environment and make better use of our natural resources. Reducing this waste would plainly simplify what the mail system was meant for; mail.

I think it's due time that we're able to filter this out like email and be able to manage unwanted mail.
