By creating or designating an investigative Police Agency to oversee the actions and deeds of the U.S. Congress and U.S. Senate members will ensure honesty and transparency or their daily activities preventing corruption and anti-American activities. In other words, to make certain that their actions benefit the United States of America and it people and not the interests of any group, foreign power or country or any corporation that have interest other than those of the People of the United States of America. The U.S. Congress and U.S. Senate should act for the benefit of the U.S.of America and the citizens of U.S.A. and not themselves or others in their employee, or any relative, friend, enemy, ally or entity. The Congress and Senate should be transparent in all their actions.
