create or fund a company to create the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear

Creating the Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear would be beneficial for the soldiers, citizens, and economy. It can be used for quick transportation and stealth. It is environmentally friendly and useful. It would allow us humans to move in the third dimension, so we would be able to move is all directions. It allows us greater mobility. Some tools that are used are the Hand grips, Piston-shot grapple-hooks, Gas powered mechanism, and the Iron Wire Propeller with Plug in Blades. It shoots out a grapple hook which propels us forward and then disconnects, rinse and repeat. We need this because it would be useful for everybody. I hope you could consider creating or funding it.
