Create and mobilize a national task force that will create or fund an increased police presence at all schools, malls and public venues. Recent horrible Incidents in Newtown CT, Virginia Tech, Columbine,the Denver Movie Theater, and others too numerous to list, should never happen and can be discouraged and prevented by hardening our softest targets that contain our most precious resources, our children. It is time to fight back and protect what is most important! No other parent should go through this anguish again. Our Country should and could stop this madness! We need to offer Safe Harbor to the defenseless!!!
