Tax or tarriff foreign goods shipped into this country for sale. Tax both country of origin and company producing the product. This will make it cheaper for companies to manufacture products in the United States thus creating jobs. Also this will generate more revenue thru taxes for the Government which will help on our debt reduction and allow other programs for citizens that is needed to be untouched and paid back.
