It has been more than seventy years since the first nuclear bomb was invented. Throughout the century the arm was evolved into a much dangerous creation, one with the potential to annihilate countries in the matter of days.
It is because of this, that populated cities need be equipped with proper shelter ready for nuclear detonations and the fallout that follows. Why do this? Should this country suffer from a nuclear attack, we will be prepared.
What if there's no budget for such program? From the five-hundred billion, and more, provided to the Army, can a few not be spared for the safety of the whole country?
Not just this, but to sweeten the whole proposal, this can create an influx in local and jobs.
