Create an organization of retired, or disabled service members to educate citizens in weapon safety and security.

Create an organization of retired, wounded, or disabled service members who will teach gun safety and security to those who wish to own firearms/weapons. Service members can include Veterans, police officers, or firefighters who were disabled in service to society.

This will serve to both increase the security of our society and provide occupation for individuals who may limited options. Said individuals could also be utilized to secure areas where guns are banned; schools, theaters, or anywhere else.

1. Create an organization of service members with specific weapons safety and security training.
2. Verify all members of said organization are certified and responsible.
3. Provide training to firearm/weapon owners or individuals who wish to own them.
4. Provide training to current owner
