Create an organization that works with public schools to make sure they have safe, modern transportation and technology.

This organization would be open to all public schools in the United States, providing vital technology and transportation resources to schools in need. We thrive in a global society, however we're falling behind. This could be a good way for educators, students, parents, etc. to ask for help on behalf of their school system. Students will be empowered with the resources available to them and thus rise up to their potential. This office would also evaluate transportation, such as school buses. Looking for ways to improve current safety technology and comfort while working with local law enforcement agencies to redesign and enforce school bus laws and regulations, for example: Passing a stopped school bus when it is displaying (a) stop sign(s) and flashing red lights.
