Create an Organized Defense Plan for When the Fire Nation Attacks.

The United States of America is at risk! Our country does not have a sound plan for defending against a Fire Nation invasion. In order to survive this ordeal, the US will need a flawless strategy for securing our borders, protecting civilians, and locating the Avatar. Secure borders and battle emplacements are critical to lose as little ground as possible, and protecting our populace has obvious purpose. However, the last key action, finding the Avatar, will be of utmost importance when the invasion begins. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements (Water, Earth, Fire, Air) can stop them. And when the world needs him/her most, we cannot have him or her vanish. Therefore, I'm calling the Obama Administration and Congress to prepare a thorough battle plan so that America will be ready.
