Create an oversight committee called the Office of Constitutional Accountability.

Created by N.B. on December 31, 2012

There are too many instances where bills are passed that are deemed unconstitutional by the general public. The federal government has forgotten their place in serving the people of the United States, not the people serving the government. Every bill introduced should be reviewed by the committee chosen by the people and regularly reviewed for replacement by the voting public. The committee would be responsible for determining the constitutionality of each bill presented. This committee would then pass the bill on to appropriate channels to be voted on as law or vetoed.
