A bill to end paper documents in the US government by 2020. The General Services Administration and Office of Management and Budget will create an inter-agency, intra-governmental team to end the use of paper documents in government by 2020. The purpose of the act is to require all government agencies to either comply by 2020 or show case as to why they may not do so. The Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches shall centralize paperwork and digitization efforts and shall obtain the products, services and processes required within government or from third parties to accomplish this effort. Congress shall fund or re-authorize funding for this project upon advice from such agencies as it shall choose and hold accountable.
