We demand the government to create a parental leave program for all parents, biological and adopted to have a 3 month period of time to go take care of and raise their children. The parents would be payed for their leave and their job positions guaranteed upon return. The parents are allowed to take the 3 month leave anytime between 1 and 3 years from the child's birth. The parents can take their leave together or individually.
