As part of the student loan programs there should be an opportunity for working professionals to "work off" federal student loan debt through public service. I think there should be a program where working professionals can bring their talents and expertise to programs in need on nights / weekends. This allows us to continue working on our careers, contribute to programs to benefit society and puts more disposable income back into the economy.
For example, training people to offer advice for the Affordable Healthcare Act to persons with limited education and understanding of such a complex topic.
