Not prosecute any US citizen who travels to Syria to join or help the US allied Free Syrian Army to destroy ISIL

Created by J.M. on March 28, 2015

We ask for a guarantee from the President that no US citizen shall be prosecuted or harassed in any way for traveling to Syria for the purpose of joining, fighting alongside, and/or rendering aid to, any of the US allied groups under the umbrella "Free Syrian Army", and further, that no US citizen will face any type of prosecution for possession of, transport of, or use of, any weapon not banned for use in warfare by international law, treaty, or convention, so long as said possession, transport, or use occurs within the borders of Syria as part of ones duties, in the course of destroying ISIL and removing Bashar al-Asad from power. The guarantee would expire with the ending of hostilities in Syria.
