E2 visa holders are foreigners who have bought small businesses and created jobs for Americans. We collectively employ over 1 million Americans, yet we have no path to permanent residency. If the E2 visa led to green cards, the number of investors would increase dramatically and thousands more jobs would be created.
E2 visa holders came here legally and abide by all the laws relating to immigration. We have earned the right to call America our home.
