Grant citizenship to all illegal aliens (regardless of national origin) of these United States of America with the following provisions that they must first complete to gain citizenship and affirm their commitment.
1. All such people must be free of any felony level criminal offense.
2. They must complete all currently required courses and documentation as well as the Constitution 101, 201, and History 101 online courses from Hillsdale College.
3. Commit to a 4 year full-time military term, 6 years of reserve or guard duty, 6 years of community service (w/ same time commitment as reserve/guard members), or relinquish their right to vote for 25 years. All voting rights will be suspended until completion.
If currently in school or college they must complete step 2 & 3 upon completion.
