create pay equality by passing a bill to have men be paid the same salaries as women.

There seems to be a problem getting a bill passed that would ensure women are paid the same as men. The mantra of opponents is that creating a law giving pay raises to women would hurt small businesses.

I propose that we tweak the equal pay bill so that the pay equality be reversed by paying men the same as women. The result would help small businesses.

Equal pay for equal work. Pay men the same as women.
