This is to petition for creation of a People's Government Surveillance Agency PGSA). this agency's job would be to monitor the political and financial actions of top government officials who have the ability to change laws; vote for wars and financing of others countries wars through money or gifts of weapons or aircraft, etc; any amending to laws that would call into question constitutional legitimacy of that law (such that there is a public outcry); to read all bills that the Senate or the house will vote on, both before and after they are submitted; to do background checks on all individuals that are running for or are given a position in government that will effect the above; to ensure no corporations, domestic or foreign interests are given sway based on contributions or gifts.
