The Department of Peace would promote through education of the citizenry, the peoples of the worlds and their governments, as well as our government politicians the wisdom of nonviolence as a preferred, valid, and economical First Response to issues of interpersonal, intergovernmental, and international natures. There has long been a Department of War and if all you have is a hammer the entire world is a nail.
