Create a permanent collection at Whitehouse.gov and the Library of Congress for the Emancipation Proclamation

To encourage a unified and continuous familial relationship among all, I am requesting a permanent website to be located at Whitehouse.gov or the front page of the Library of Congress for ongoing scholarly research and critical-creative writing, and art to ensure the Emancipation Proclamation retains a robust, relative analytical relationship with citizens, immigrants and all who respect, hold dear and would defend the rights, dignity, health and prosperous future of the United States of America.
