Our politicians have for decades, lavishly and irresponsibly raided our Social Security funds to support their run-away spending sprees. In place of the missing money, they've replaced it with worthless IOU's. Their careless actions have worsened the failing Social Security problems. And we now have no money to replace or correct the problem.
We need a PERMANENT LAW that would prohibit politicians from raiding the Social Security coffers. Included in that law, that SS be placed in an interest-bearing account, so that it will constantly be growing along with the incoming contributions. Also, that SS funds be used SOLELY for SS purposes only, and not for careless political pork projects.
