Create permanent voting stations allowing citizens to fully participate in democracy by voting on all legislation

Created by A.S. on April 21, 2015

Technology has laid the groundwork for a fully participating democracy. Information is at our fingertips. We have the ability and capacity to vote on proposed legislation. We need permanent voting stations that allow the public to decide what they want. Politicians would still be the architects and persuade public of position. However there is no reason the people should not ultimately decide. Twice a year or once a year all issues should be on a ballot and we the people should vote. This would drive the public to step up to social responsibility. It would give them their voice. Our dream of a fully democratic society is possible.
