Create a pipeline system that will transport water from flooded areas to drought areas.

Created by V.F. on November 15, 2013

Due to climate volatility, parts of the nation are experiencing increased flooding while others are undergoing extreme drought. Because this appears to be the 'new normal' weather pattern, we should look at the feasibility of balancing the water needs among areas. When a region is threatened by flooding, pipelines would be opened to allow the water to be directed to a region under drought. Existing technology probably can direct the flow to the specified area.
