This petition calls for the government to create a plan and act on the plan to have all American homes and apartment complex's installed with solar panels. This plan should include complete tax right off of the solar panels.
This would create jobs and boost the economy. Since people will no longer have to pay for energy in their homes they will be able to spend more money on other things.
