Create a plan to stop the abuse of power in the city and state police force, shooting innocent people and family Dogs.

For years the city and state police officers have been abusing their power as the authority figures and using it to destroy families and kill innocent people and animals, just because you have a badge and a gun doesn't mean go out and find trouble . We ask that the Obama administration to step in to create a law protecting human and animals rights against officers who abuse there power, officers who shoot first and ask questions later, officers who can not think of alternative ways to resolve a situation without the lost of a Human or Animals life. We ask for justice and to be treated fairly in the United States we ask for justice for our family pets who can not take care or speak for themselves who are also being abused by officers of the law.
