I request that the Government start researching a way to genetically mutate animals into Pokemon. This would allow for job creation, as children could aspire to be Pokemon Masters in real life. Also, with the unique power of Pokemon, the U.S. defense system will be greatly improved. Along with the creation of Pokemon, Pokeballs should be created, which would have ample room and comfort for the Pokemon. Lastly, eight Pokemon Gyms and an Elite Four with a Champion (on the top of Mount Rushmore) should be created.
