Create a policy that declares an attack on any Public Servants an act of terrorism.

We have all seen, all too often in the past, most recently in Newtown, CT, and Rochester, NY public servants being attacked, killed. In CT, it was teachers, school administrators, as well as innocent children. In NY, it was two volunteer firefighters. In both instances, the attackers that opened fire had plans in place on executing these heinous crimes. We petition the Obama administration to draw legislation and create policy that declares any attack on Public Servants (Firefighters, Police, EMS, Educators, etc) on US soil an act of terrorism.
