Create a policy that holds parents directly responsible for their children's actions to include penalties.

Teachers of our children are unfairly judged as children perform poorly in our educational institutions. The lack of effort on the child's part should be addressed by counseling the parent or parents. Parents and children place blame on educational officials for personal poor performance in the class room, to change this both parties will be held accountable for poor academic behavior, parent and child.
Ethics are groomed in the house hold. Parents should be held accountable for actions of their children in the event of unlawful acts. We must teach right and wrong before our children are out on their own. Respect for life, property, and privacy is sadly a notion of the past. Bring respect back to our schools, workplaces and most importantly, our homes.
