Government needs to limit and prevent Government hands off program to prevent profiteering and kickbacks to fund campaigns for corporate kickbacks for contracts , favored and closed bidding, among corporate favored policies that deny individual rights that should be guaranteed , protected and safeguarded by the role of Government, not outsourced to make a profit , which corrupts Government and the whole Constitutional Process of being a Democracy and America.
