Create a policy that prevents the government from creating legislature that harms the LGBTQ community

As we all know, the President-elect and the Vice-president elect have promised to repeal any and all legislature that protects the rights of the LGBTQ community. The Declaration of Independence states that all people are created equal and that they have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
