Create policy that will give U.S. citizens the communications infrastructure that other advanced countries now rely on.

My colleagues in Europe and Asia pay much less for telecommunication services — and enjoy much faster, higher-quality services. Our "Comcast Nation" has trapped us with outdated telecommunications technology, which threatens the foundations of any democracy. We need federal policy to direct comprehensive telecommunication infrastructure improvement for us all, not only for schools.
