When officials, whom are elected by the people, to represent the people fail to do their duties the following should be enforced. 1. The Member becomes ineligible for re-election to public office. 2. Resign or are relieved of their position. 3. Parties responsible for any negligent behavior are held accountable to the same standards any other Citizen would be for equal negligence or failure to do the duties of their job.
