To stop the massive shootings in schools (K-12) armed guards need to be placed at all schools. With the history of school shootings there needs to be the same protection for our children as is afforded for government administration.
By using returning military personnel from the war in Iraq, it would boast the economy by adding such protection. Military individuals are formally trained in the use of firearms.
Our children are our future. We need to be accountable for their safety. If public/private/charter schools are not allowed to have armed guards, then should be a change in allowing children of our national administration.
