Create the position of Sports Czar, whom will oversee activities for all major sports in the United States.

With the sporting world consuming so much time and money in today's society, there should be someone helping to deal with the litany of issues that come up across the board, a person who can step in when the sports executives overstep their boundaries or to create committees to research solutions for some of the largest dilemmas including PED's, youth sports, concussions, and player compensation. The position should be voted on every three years with four nominal "parties." There will be the media, the former players/coaches, the executives, and the politicians, which will consist of people who are not directly involved with sports, but are fans with esteemed educational and professional backgrounds. No candidate may be directly involved with a franchise at the time of their appointment.
